Dr. Stephanie Caston has authored over 150 scientific papers and book chapters on topics ranging from orthopedic and musculoskeletal surgery, developmental orthopedic disease, minimally invasive procedures, advanced upper airway surgical techniques, as well as regenerative therapies including Stem Cells, IRAP and PRP.

Dr. Caston utilizes this unique knowledge daily as she applies her experience as a rider to her profession as a Veterinarian.

Dr. Lindsay Knott, DVM, DACVS, is a board-certified equine surgeon whose lifelong passion for horses.   She completed internships at Equine Sports Medicine and Surgery in Weatherford, Texas, and Louisiana State University, followed by a large animal surgery residency at Michigan State University.  In 2025, she achieved board certification as a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons (DACVS).

Her clinical interests include orthopedic and soft-tissue surgery, lameness, and post-operative rehabilitation, where she focuses on helping horses recover and return to soundness.
