PEVS Emergency Service is available 24 hours a day. Please call the number above and listen to the message carefully to reach a Veterinarian. Here is a MAP to the Hospital.

 

Emergency Policy

PEVS Emergency Service is designed for true emergencies. We are committed to providing the best possible emergency care for our clients. If you truly have an emergency - a life threatening situation with your horse, please call us immediately.

Clients who request that non-emergency services be performed while our Veterinarian is on an emergency call (Example: Coggins) will be billed the increased Emergency Rate on all services performed. These costs can be very expensive so we encourage our clients to make appointments during non-emergency hours for any non-emergency services.

Emergency Charges are final and there will be no discounts.

 

Emergency Hours

Emergency hours are from 6pm to 9am Monday thru Friday, all day Saturday and Sunday. Any services performed during these designated emergency hours will be billed the emergency rate.

Emergency Charges

Additional Charges apply to all Emergency Services. Clients should expect an additional Emergency Farm Call Fee as well as increased rates for all services provided during the emergency call.
